Livi Machinery normally supports poultry cage projects starting from a capacity of 5,000 birds. This standard project scale helps us prepare a suitable cage configuration, poultry house layout, equipment selection and quotation based on the practical requirements of the farm.

The appropriate solution depends on whether you plan to raise layers, broilers or pullets, as well as your poultry house conditions, required automation level and project location.

What Information Is Needed for a Suitable Configuration?

To prepare the appropriate poultry equipment proposal for a 5,000-bird project or a larger farm, Livi Machinery will normally review the following information:

• The type of birds you plan to raise: layers, broilers or pullets
• Planned bird capacity
• Project country and city
• Poultry house dimensions, if a house is already available
• Land size, if the poultry house has not yet been built
• Required automation level, such as feeding, drinking, manure removal or egg collection

For Projects Below 5,000 Birds

If your current plan is below 5,000 birds, please let us know your expected future capacity and project country. If you are planning to expand to 5,000 birds or more, Livi Machinery can check whether a suitable cage configuration and poultry house layout are available for your development plan.
